Shipping policy

We currently ship the Washable Lint Roller Duo to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or Armed Forces addresses.

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. This product ships from our fulfillment partner’s U.S. warehouse, subject to stock availability.

We aim to hand in-stock orders to the carrier within five business days after payment is confirmed. We’ll email tracking information when it becomes available. Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination and carrier conditions. Any delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we’ll contact you with a revised shipment date and the option to cancel the unshipped order for a prompt full refund. If we cannot fulfill your order, we’ll cancel and refund it promptly.
