Refund policy

You may request a return for an unused item within 14 days after delivery. Please include your order number when contacting us.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email da31clan@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us resolve it. We’ll arrange an appropriate refund or replacement and cover any return shipping we require for a confirmed issue.

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll notify you of the result and issue any approved refund to the original payment method promptly. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it.

For cancellation requests, email us promptly. We’ll confirm whether the order can be stopped before shipment. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.
